Application to become a wholesale client of JN Harper: 1.Our opening minimum order is $1500 and payable via automatic credit card or e-transfer (Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept debit credit cards). Administration fee will be applied if credit card is declined. Orders that are cancelled have the potential for a 25% restocking fee. 2.You must be a retailer or a manufacturer. 3.Fabric consists of 9.1m - 13.7m pieces or 60yd Rolls. 4.Prices are available upon request once the account is active.
